New Mexico is in limbo. Once again the State Senate passed a medical marijuana bill and once again the House killed it. SB238 went down 36-33.

So the Senate passed SB523, a slightly different medical marijuana bill. But the New Mexico State Government has only one week left to get this done this time around.

Governor Richardson is leaning on some of the Legislators who voted “no” last time and we can do the same.

If you support the use of medical marijuana, will you please take a moment to call or email one of the New Mexico state reps? All you need to do is express your true feelings and desires about medical marijuana.
